Standing at the corner of Broad Street and Grant Ave in downtown Columbus, is the historic Seneca building constructed in 1917. The 10-story brick structure is has been transformed into a mixed-use building with upscale apartments and retail and office space on the first floor. The building is a landmark to Columbus College of Art & Design, Franklin University, Capitol University Law School and the Grant Medical Center, all within walking distance.
