Newly renovated Retail/Office mixed building Downtown Duncan right off Main street, formerly known as the Perkins Energy building. New ownership has invested substantial funds to make this the nicest, high-end, modern building downtown. Every major mechanical system A/C, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, Structural has been updated or replaced with new components to ensure reliable operations for tenants.
