The Harley Commons Shopping Center is comprised of retail stores and restaurants on the first floor and professional office suites located on the second floor. The offices are located on the second floor of the building and accessible by the main stairs (stairs only, there is no elevator and no ADA access). Office tenants will have shared access to a conference room and large common restrooms located in the main hallway. The minimum lease term is one year, with multiple year lease terms available. Multiple year lease terms include a locked-in 3% annual rent increase and a one-month free rent incentive. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required at the time of lease signing.
