Heritage Executive Suites (HES) consists of approximately 44 separate offices of various shapes and sizes which can accommodate any small business requirement. Many of the suites are furnished and others allow for personalization by tenants who already have their own furnishings. HES is staffed by a full time executive administrator during normal business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Each professional and their staff has after-hours access to their offices using our 24/7 security key fob system. Common amenities include a breakroom, executive restrooms and a furnished conference room available at no charge, after scheduling with the executive administrator. HES receives common mail deliveries and utilities, heat, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are all included in the monthly rental fee. Guest WIFI is also available for the convenience of visitors. Some offices based on their business may require their own dedicated server and phone service which is arranged directly through the local provider. UPS and Federal Express overnight boxes are available on site.
