Inspired by the needs of local professionals for a first-class shared office environment, Heritage Executive Suites opened in July 2015.​ Heritage Executive Suites (HES) consists of approximately 44 separate offices of various shapes and sizes which can accommodate any small business requirement.​ Many of the suites are furnished and others allow for personalization by tenants who already have their own furnishings.​ HES is staffed by a full time executive administrator during normal business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.​ Each professional and their staff has after-hours access to their offices using our 24/7 security key fob system.​ Common amenities include a breakroom, executive restrooms and a furnished conference room available at no charge, after scheduling with the executive administrator.​ HES receives common mail deliveries and utilities, heat, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are all included in the monthly rental fee.​ Guest WIFI is also available for the convenience of visitors.​ Some offices based on their business may require their own dedicated server and phone service which is arranged directly through the local provider.​ UPS and Federal Express overnight boxes are available on site.​
