Marcus & Millichap has been retained by Owner on an exclusive basis to offer for sale a hotel development site (“Site”) that is a portion of a 15-acre lake-front mixed-use development (“Project”). The Project is zoned Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) that includes a 130-unit Hotel, 96-unit luxury condominium, +/- 129-slip over-water marina, and +/-10,200 SF of restaurant or retail space in a separate structure.
