Relaxing Ocean Views from the wrap-around balcony. Step away from the congestion, and a short walk to the beach, right across the street. This is a 2-story Beach house with 2 bedrooms & 1 bath upstairs. This home is on well water.

The space

We are now a pet-friendly home! The upstairs level has a spacious kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has ceramic pots & pans & dishes for you to cook a nice meal for your friends and family. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom with a shower.

The owner's closet and downstairs left room are blocked off. You can walk across to the beach. We are still working on downstairs, but set up 2 twin beds. The washer & dryer are also available, but please only colored items

Guest access

The upstairs floor is for your use exclusively. Prefer to Sleep 2-4. A single futon in the living room and a roll-away bed in the closet and a pack n play & inflatable toddler bed. Please don’t drink the water. We have a chlorinator system so the water comes from the well.

Other things to note

Please respect the items we've provided for your comfort. Please keep out of the well house and especially please keep any kids out of there. This controls the water. Please take all trash off the property. They don’t pick up trash because we are outside City limits. Please don’t leave any inside furniture outside. Good idea to bring a few gallons of water for the coffee makers and to cook with. Do Not drink the water. Please keep doors closed and locked if away for a while or the gate closed.

Mosquitos are bad out here too.

So worth just getting away from all the hustle and bustle. Great Sunsets and Sunrises and non-stop ocean views from the wrap-around deck. High tide does come close to the pump house. So keep cars under the Beachhouse or as close to the house as possible.

You're outside city limits so no trash pick up. Please take all with you.
