Teal Spring community design and amenities feature more than 22 acres of open space, including more than 16 acres of natural wetlands and 5½ acres along Little Goose Creek, preserving the site’s natural beauty and providing wildlife habitat. Paths will wind through the open space, offering both nature seekers and those looking for a calm respite a place to get away right in the city limits.

The developer completed stream restoration on half the river frontage in 2022 and just wrapped up construction on the second half. The restoration provides easier access to the river, better fishing and wildlife habitat, and long-term preservation of the riverway.
