Upgrades include but are not limited to: flooring, fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, AC, restrooms, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler system and more. The 53,853 SF building consists of 7 stories and a newly built lobby and pool.

The 201-room Howard Johnson was recently renovated in 2018. The new upgrades include but are not limited to: wall paper, flooring, lighting, plumbing, meeting rooms upgrades, parking lot, landscaping and new shuttle buses. The 113,176 SF hotel consists of 4 and single stories, over 20,000 SF of conference/banquet area and a restaurant with liquor license.
