The Bighorn National Forest is a United States National Forest located in northern Wyoming, that stretches more than 1.1 million acres. The USFS recently extended the firm term of their lease through May 2028. USFS occupies 100% of the Property.
INVESTMENT GRADE CREDIT LEASE GUARANTOR
The lease is guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States Federal Government, an entity that currently maintains an Aaa rating by Moody’s.
HIGHLY PASSIVE LEASE STRUCTURE
Minimal management is required with a lease that sees the tenant responsible for the payment of all utilities janitorial expenses, snow removal and landscaping.
