The closet also leads into the laundry room and bathroom for the store. A courtyard outside the main bedroom has checkerboard pavers, grass, and a small kitchen area. The courtyard has a kitchen area with a sink, stainless-steel counter cabinet, space for your grill, and a wired 16’x36’ open shelter. There is room for parking an extra vehicle or golf cart behind the kitchen area. This apartment was featured in the March-April 2021 Southwest Georgia Living Magazine.
