A drainage easement runs the full east-west length of the property, just south of the Ritchie Distributing Company building, providing an existing drainage way, valuable when engineering the development of the property. This easement can be easily crossed with a properly-engineered culvert. Market Place Drive provides convenient access to the Scenic Drive collector street, which intersects with the Alamogordo Relief Route, a short distance west of this property. Scenic Drive, a true collector street, extends the full length of Alamogordo’s north and east boundaries.
