• Stinson Farms is an 80+ acre mixed-use development off of I-485

and Idlewild Rd. in the Town of Stallings (Charlotte MSA).

• The current plan calls for eight (8) outparcels available, each of

which front Idlewild Rd. and range from .93+/- acres - 2+/- acres,

however there is flexibility to relocate property lines to meet

prospective tenant needs/requirements.

• Idlewild Rd. will be widened to four (4) lanes with new dedicated

turn lanes added (anticipated completion Dec. of 2026), there will

be three (3) access points, the existing signalized intersection, and
