Coralville notes on building requirements regarding environmental issues: After reviewing sections 8, 9, and 10 in the Phase II ESA, it’s my opinion the only mitigation measures would be: Requiring a vapor barrier under the foundation/slab Ensuring the building has no dwelling units or enclosed parking garage below grade Prohibiting new water wells on the site (already prohibited by City ordinance).
