Eagle Ranch is a master planned community on 1900 acres in Eagle, CO. Eagle is one of the primary residential communities in the Vail Valley. The area is currently seeing a resurgence in population and economic growth since the great recession. To date approximately 900 of the approved 1295 residential units have been built. There are approximately another 1500 residential units approved in addition to the units already approved in Eagle Ranch. One example would be the Haymeadow Development. Haymeadow will consist of a total of 837 residential units. This will include a mix of condominiums, town-homes, duplexes and single family homes. Another example would be Soleil Homes at Brush Creek which is approved for 26 single family homes and 8 duplex units, nearly all are sold. Neither of these developments will include any additional commercial. This will only increase foot traffic to the Village which is already serving approximately 5,000 homes in the southern portion of Eagle.

Eagle Ranch is also approved for additional commercial development. The most recent addition is the 60,000 SF Castle Peak Senior Care Community; with another 60,000 SF approved for future development. Another medical use, the Eagle Healthcare Center currently at 34,000 SF is approved for a total of 175,200 SF. Lastly, the Village Market Grocery Store at 15,000 SF will add greatly to foot traffic throughout Eagle Ranch Village. All of these additions will add greatly to the already diverse demographics of the Eagle Ranch area.
