(8) Bus terminals provided they shall front on a major thoroughfare.
(9) Drive-in theaters and restaurants and outdoor theaters provided they shall
front on a major thoroughfare.
(10) Drug stores.
(11) Gasoline service stations, provided that all structures, including
underground storage tanks, are placed not less than thirty (30) feet from any property
line and that such use shall front on a major thoroughfare. Points of access and egress
shall be located not less than twenty (20) feet from the intersection of street lines.
(12) Hobby, antique and souvenir shops.
(13) Motels.
(14) Sales and service of boats and mobile homes.
