The high quality ag. building sits in a parklike setting at the top of the hill, offering secure storage + covered area and panoramic views of the Willamette Valley. The upper floor of the building is unfinished but could potentially be built out as a tasting room. The site is close to the coast range and cooler than most in the Willamette Valley. The strong marine influence and broad diurnal fluctuation ensures high acid and slow ripening. The wines made from the site are elegant and complex with several vineyard designate bottlings scoring 92+.

The ag. building features wood board and baton siding and a metal roof on a concrete pad. The lower level serves as equipment and chemical storage along with a break room and restroom. There is an exterior covered storage area for grape bins and equipment. The upper level is unfinished but holds promise as a potential tasting room or office.
