Given the residential character of the area, non-intrusive commercial use would be considered, and any site improvements would need to meet current development standards. Any use – including storage – will require this conditional use permit approval and a business license with the City prior to any operations. Redevelopment for residential use would not allow the existing building to be used as “accessory storage”."
