MS, approximately one hour north of New Orleans.
The park features 28 total sites, with 24 occupied park-owned homes

with several early 2000s units. The City of Poplarville provides water and
sewer, and is currently paid for by ownership across three meters, with

tenants, and trash service is provided via one dumpster emptied twice
weekly. Roads are gravel, recently regraded, and maintained by the park.
