However, arguably the biggest draw of all the nearby businesses and offices, including those national retailers, is the Samuel Clemens High School which has around 2,600 students and it is only separated by 1 parcel from the subject site.

On top of all the commercial and civic properties nearby, there is a multitude of apartment complexes and subdivisions nearby. This is a highly dense area and the subject site is strategically located squarely in the middle of all of the attractions.
