The Hampton County Storage portfolio includes 2 properties, both of which are located within ~20 miles of one another in the respective towns of Hampton and Yemassee, which lie in Hampton County, South Carolina. Both properties contain a long-term billboard lease, which contributes some additional annual revenue.
