Additional memberships will be provided for the subdivision based on the cost of the water system for the subdivision being divided by the current membership cost. As of February 1, 2020 the membership is currently $6,500.00.

  • Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions have not been drafted or filed allowing a builder to custom design the subdivision.

  • Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment completed by Geo-Test, Inc.

  • Geotechnical Engineering Services completed by Geo-Test, Inc.
