In 2016, Methodist invested approximately $27M to convert the building to its existing form as a pediatric outpatient center offering radiology and diagnostic testing, as well as rehabilitative services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language therapy. They are currently operating under a long-term lease with approximately ten (10) years remaining and 2.5% annual rent increases. Boyle Investment Company has managed the building since construction in 2001.
