The property is fully equipped with a truck scale and scale house for efficient intake and processing of incoming products. The sale includes all essential equipment, such as five forklifts, two spinner lifts, a large loader for snow removal, a tractor for driveway maintenance, and spare compressors for backup support. All infrastructure is included, from evaporators to an energy-efficient fresh air system designed to cool fruit using outside air, reducing reliance on electricity
