Twin Loups is a custom processing USDA Inspected meat facility and is the maker of Havlik's (original) Hotdogs and many other custom products. 92 years of continuous operation! One of the very few USDA fully inspected meat processing locations in central Nebraska that does the following per USDA: Voluntary Processing - Meat; Voluntary Processing - Poultry; Voluntary Slaughter - Meat; Voluntary Slaughter - Poultry. Programs in place include Slaughter, Raw Ground, Raw not Ground, Fully Cooked - not shelf stable (refrigerated). TLQM is approved for Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat, Deer, Buffalo, Elk, Ostrich, Emu, and Poultry. St. Paul is the county seat of the prosperous farming area of Howard County, located 20 miles north of Grand Island, NE. Most of the local residents who eat beef and pork like to shop local. Many raise their own animals and bring to TLQM to process. The majority of work is custom cutting, private labeling,and sausage making.
