On the left corner of the sealed envelope, write the words "Sealed Bid – 2255 Post St, San Francisco” All bids must be received at the above address no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on June 17th, 2024.  A bid that is received after that time will not be accepted for consideration regardless of the postmark date or delivery time.  Bids may be transmitted by regular, certified, or registered mail (via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carrier).  The Regents will not be responsible for non-delivery of bids by the United States Post Office or other carrier.
