This Swine Production Farm, constructed in the early 2000's and recently renovated, is a state of the art nursery facility permitted and capable of housing up to 34,000 production animals approximately up to 50lbs of weight. This facility consists of two farm sites, ten total buildings, all of which are totally with ventilation systems able to exchange air volume of each of the ten buildings periodically. The farm has been in operation until the fall of 2024 and care has been taken to for winterization and maintenance of the facility. The operation is permitted with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and is in good standing.
