Timbersale, Lewisville, AR 71845

The timber on this tract consists of mature pine sawtimber with hardwood understory. The timber to be sold consists of all merchantable timber located within the sale area. DDK foresters conducted a timber inventory in April 2026 by placing 1/10th acre plots on a 4x5 chain grid across the property. All trees within the plots were measured and recorded. Ton values were estimated using a conversion factor of 54 pounds per cubic foot. Sale boundaries are designated with pink flagging along portions of the north boundary and along the east boundary. The county road is the west boundary and portions of the north boundary with a fence along the south boundary. SMZ's are designated with pink flagging and blue paint. Pine may be removed from SMZ's.
