The building is fully leased to Lauscha Fiber International (“Lauscha”), a subsidiary of Unifrax Corporation. The seller, Buerger Development Corporation, originally built the building for Lauscha in 1997 and expanded it in 2011.

The purchaser, STAG Industrial, Inc (“STAG”), acquired the property for investment purposes. The building is STAG’s second acquisition in the Charleston market.
