Sawmill Flats Ranch is located 22 miles West of Rocksprings. Limestone and granite hills, steep rugged ridges and steep canyons run throughout the property. Many seasonal creeks and drainages also run through the property. Native grasses are generally in very good condition since there has not been grazing livestock for many years. Wildlife is abundant on the ranch. Whitetail, axis, and fallow deer are all common, aoudad sheep, Rio Grande Turkey & even an elk herd migrates a portion of the property.
