Legal Description: A brief legal description indicates The Golden Valley North Farm is located in Sections 4 & 5, Township 8 North – Range 22 East (Lavina Township) and in Sections 31 & 32, Township 9 North – Range 22 East (Lavina Township). The Golden Valley South Farm is located in Part of Sections 14, 22, 23 and 25, Township 8 North – Range 22 East (Lavina Township), all in Golden Valley County, Montana.
