There have also been several large-scale improvements to various buildings at the park over the past decade that includes new roofs and a new boiler. The AoQ Campus is conveniently located in Watkins, Colorado, which is within 15 minutes of E-470 in Aurora. Development in Watkins is expected to grow significantly over the next several decades because of new construction being hampered west, north and south of Denver.
