This unique building was constructed in 1937 as the Tower Theatre, where some of the first "Talkie" movies were shown. The original building walls are one foot thick, constructed with red clay bricks. This beautiful restaurant is decorated tastefully with a musical theme and artful Jazz music decorations. With an inside seating capacity of 160 seats and patio seating for an additional 50, this is the largest restaurant in Monahans. The upstairs area has custom maple wood accents and a faux fireplace, which create a warm and inviting space for gatherings. This area can seat up to 50 and can be used for private parties, meetings, or additional seating. The outdoor patio can also seat 50+ and has been used to host parties, weddings, and live music. While this restaurant was open from 2012-2019 a TABC beer/wine permit was obtained. Directly behind the Restaurant there is a 2510 sf warehouse with a roll up door that can be used for storage.
