Desert Vista Surgical Center, LLC leases the entire +/- 4,934 square feet at the Asset, with current ownership having recently completed a significant $2 million build-out for the tenant. Operating under Banner Atlas, this location specializes in various services including Cardiovascular Disease, General Surgery, Interventional Pain Management, Pain Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, Thoracic Surgery, Sports Orthopedics, and General Orthopedics.
